While the original screen print was copyrighted in 1963, this color way specifically came out as a reissue in 1966.

Why do I have so many bags (many in mint condition) for sale? Because I’ve spent the last 15 years compiling the entire Collins’ timeline of 766 copyrighted designs over an 11 year period (1961-1972). I have carefully sourced, cleaned, rejeweled, and photographed each bag for posterity to appear in a forthcoming Collecting Collins “Field Guide to Screen Prints.” Each bag for sale is featured in that book, an example page is shown herein. I have tried to keep the prices fair, but also please keep in mind their (often mint) condition, and that all original jewels have been sourced and replaced if needed, etc.
